We another great Tote & Gloat show on Saturday. This year we had two Challenges for RCQ members and these were the winners. Click on any photo to see the quilt larger
1. The Bucket List Challenge
This is an Open Challenge (it will not be judged in categories) and the maximum size is 2 metres square. You may use a pattern (but you must acknowledge who designed it, the name of the pattern and where you got it from). It may have been a class that you took at Symposium if it was on your bucket list. This could be a quilt that you have wanted to make for a while and didn’t get around to it or a pattern that you’ve had for a long time.

2. The Christmas Cracker Challenge
On arrival to the November meeting you would have been given a Christmas cracker. You may use any part from the cracker for your inspiration –the cracker itself, maybe the colour, or anything that is inside or outside the cracker. Have fun with this challenge. The challenge rules are that
it must fit within 1 metre square, but cannot be a square or a rectangular shape.
